In April 2024 the vision of bringing our community a place to create, prep, cook, and collaborate came to life. Our mission is to have a space available for anyone who is looking to start something new or keep a good thing going. And our space is not just limited to cooking. We encourage small businesses needing space for product assembly or co-packing to join our community too.
From catering to restaurants, pubs, and food trucks we have been a part of them all. We value the hospitality industry we’re a part of and have over 70 years of combined experience that we want to share with our members.

Bamboo Shoot owes its existence to Bamboo Grove Hawaiian Grille, our restaurant situated in southwest Portland. We have proudly served the Portland metro community for over 24 years and are excited to bring Bamboo Shoot Commissary Kitchen to the eastside.
