• We believe in offering a monthly membership that provides you with a safe community and space to create. No annual sign-ups, only a month-to-month commitment with the option to cancel 30 days in advance. By offering two memberships for you to choose from we give you the option to pick what works best for you:

    • Flexible Schedule Membership, or

    • Set Schedule Membersip

    Each membership includes access to our calendar to schedule creative workstation shifts each month.

  • We offer a unique design by having a separate prep kitchen and a cooking kitchen steps away from each other. Our prep kitchen offers 3 creative workstations that can be scheduled together or individually. Our cooking kitchen has a variety of commercial grade equipment that is ready for your use.

    The kitchens are stocked with a variety of pots, pans, sheet pans, and small appliances and are included in your membership.

  • Each workstation comes with:

    • Space for 1-4 people

    • 2 stainless steel prep tables on casters

    • 1 whiteboard with pens and eraser

    • 2 racks

    • Use of available resources (spices, utensils, small appliances, bluetooth speaker, etc.)

    We have 3 prep stations available, and only 1 can be scheduled to use the cooking station during a shift.

    Example: Member 1 scheduled the SE prep station to make shave ice. Member 2 scheduled the NW prep station which includes the use of the cooking station for their gumbo. Member 3 wants to book during the same shift but will only be able to schedule a prep station shift, no cooking. Member 2 or Member 1 can also book the 3rd station for additional workspace.

  • As a member of the Bamboo Shoot community, your business name, logo, and contact information can be showcased on our member spotlight page. This page is our Rolodex of Resources for people to connect with you.

    People, like our venue clients who rent out Hoku Events on Madison. A 1600 square foot event space adjacent to Bamboo Shoot Commissary Kitchen.

  • We are committed to setting 5% aside of our monthly membership sales to be used for membership grants. These grants will be offered to members and non-members in our community who are looking for assistance to jumpstart their businesses or may need help paying for membership costs.
